Please complete the following steps when using the LMS Alternative process for delivering MHFA. These instructions are specific to this process only.
NOTE: You (the Instructor) will serve as a first point of contact for all course related information and technical assistance for all participants. For example, should there be an issue with ProProfs (the self-paced course delivery platform), please contact MHFA on behalf of your First Aiders.
Step 1: If you are teaching this course in the virtual format, create a meeting invite for the Instructor-led training (ILT) portion of your course.
-
Using your MHFA Zoom is strongly encouraged as it is pre-set for MHFA course delivery.
For directions on setting up a Zoom meeting, click the “How to Set Up Zoom Meeting for ILT” button at the top right of this page.

Step 2: Copy and paste the language from the pre-ILT email template provided by MHFA into an email to your participants. The template can be accessed by clicking the “Adult Pre-ILT Email Template” button at the top right of this page.
